Data we collect
When you send a contact or quotation request we collect the details you enter: name, business email, company, phone (optional), requested service, industry, project details, budget range, timeline and, if you choose, marketing consent.
We also store the date and time of the request and a one-way hashed technical identifier used only for spam protection.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare estimates and manage our business relationship with you (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
To send occasional marketing emails only if you explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Where it is stored
